2. Information we collect Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive: - Your name, email address, phone number, and other contact details you provide. - Messages, attachments, requests, feedback, and information you choose to include in a conversation. - Order, reservation, catering, or event inquiry details you provide to us or that an ordering provider shares with us to fulfill your request. - Technical information processed by our website and service providers, such as IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and usage or security logs. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information through chat. Use the designated checkout service for payment.

3. How we use information We use information to answer questions, provide customer support, manage and fulfill requests, communicate about orders or events, maintain and improve our services, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Customer-service conversations do not by themselves enroll you in promotional messaging.

4. AI-assisted business messaging Our business messaging may use AI to generate responses to questions about our cafe. Messages, contact details available through the messaging service, and related conversation information may be processed by Google and other providers involved in delivering that service. For RCS business messaging, your telephone number is made available to the business to identify the conversation. Authorized cafe staff may access and respond to conversations. AI can make mistakes. Contact us directly to confirm important information, including food allergies, prices, availability, and booking or order details. Your messaging app, mobile carrier, and Google may also process information under their applicable policies and terms.

5. How information is shared We share information as needed with providers that operate our website, messaging, ordering, payment, and related business services. Our website is hosted by Wix and links to third-party ordering services, including Clover and Express Waiters. Providers receive information relevant to the services they perform. Information you submit directly to an external service is also subject to its privacy policy. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

6. Cookies and external services Our website and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, and measurement. You can manage cookies through browser settings and any consent controls offered on the website. Blocking cookies may affect functionality. External websites and ordering services have their own policies; review those policies before submitting information.

7. Retention and security We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including customer service, business records, legal requirements, and resolving disputes. Retention varies by information type and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

8. Your choices and requests You may contact Danny@vibehawaii.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons. Requests concerning information controlled independently by another provider should be directed to that provider. You can stop initiating chats and use any blocking or unsubscribe controls provided by your messaging app. You may also contact us by email to request that we stop responding through messaging.

9. Children Our online services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

10. Changes We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or practices. The updated policy will show its effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
